This policy explains what data we collect, how it is processed, and which third parties handle it.What data we collectWhen you use ApexSpeak, we collect and process the following data:Account information you provide: name, email address, and (optionally) profile details such as career stage, industry, and goals.Voice recordings of your coaching sessions, recorded only while a session is active.Text content generated from your sessions, including session prompts and your responses.Subscription status (managed by Apple's App Store; we do not see your payment details)How your data is processed by third-party AI servicesTo deliver AI coaching, ApexSpeak sends specific data to two third-party AI services. Both have signed data processing agreements that prohibit them from selling your data or using it to train their models.AssemblyAI (https://www.assemblyai.com) — receives your voice recordings during a coaching session and returns a text transcription. AssemblyAI processes audio temporarily for transcription purposes only.Google Gemini (https://ai.google.dev) — receives the transcribed text from your sessions, along with any profile context you have shared, and returns personalised coaching feedback. Google processes this text to generate responses.We do not send your data to these services until you explicitly consent within the app, and we do not send data outside of an active coaching session.What we do not doWe do not sell your personal data

We do not access your microphone outside of an active sessionYour rightsYou can sign out of ApexSpeak at any time, which removes your consent and stops any further data being sent.You can delete your account in the Profile section, which removes all your data from our systems.You can also revoke microphone access via iOS Settings → ApexSpeak.
SubscriptionsApexSpeak Premium is a €9.99/month auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial.Billing is managed by Apple. You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.Contact
